Workshop: HypnoBirthing® - Taking the Birthing World by Calm
In this sharing session, we'll explore the possibility of a comfortable, even painless(!) childbirth, without drugs. Let's delve into the 'labour pain' question and dispel fears surrounding childbirth. We'll learn how HypnoBirthing—an empowering, relaxing and rewarding method of birthing—allows you to use your own natural birthing instincts to bring about a joyful, gentler birthing that most mirrors nature, for you and your baby.
